In order to fix or diagnose your problem we must be able to recreate the issue so we can analyze what is causing the problem. IMPORTANT: Technical Support requests are usually reviewed during our normal support hours (Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST). Once one of our Support Representatives reviews your ticket you will be notified by email of their response and the ticket will be closed. If you need additional help with your issue, reply to the email response and the ticket will be automatically reopened.
