back as soon as we can. FREE PHONE SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE TO PRIORITY
SERVICE CUSTOMERS ONLY. For all others phone support is $25 for a 15
minute session. See Priority Support for more information on phone
support. Submitting a TSR is the quickest & easiest way to get support.
WE ARE NOT AN OFFSHORE CALL CENTER – we’re a small US BASED company and
we are on the phone most of the day so LEAVE A MESSAGE if you can’t get
